Muchiri Nyaggah is the Principal Partner and Founder at Semacraft Consulting Partners. In the past, he has worked for the Kenyan gourmet coffee chain Nairobi Java House as its first Information Technology manager helping bring the business from manual processes to advanced business intelligence. He currently focuses on how organizations and governments in growth markets can use technology to meet their customers’ needs. In his consulting work, he has provided solutions for businesses in aviation, aviation support, hospitality, healthcare, business consulting and civil society and provided analysis on social customer relationship management systems.

Lucy is Principal Partner and Co-founder of Semacraft Consulting Partners. She has extensive experience in the healthcare industry having worked at three major hospitals in Nairobi as an RN, an Emergency Nurse Instructor and in management with a nursing education unit. She uses her background and insights to help organizations develop wellness programs and build a team culture for better health and productivity outcomes for all. Her work has proved valuable to organizations in the hospitality and healthcare industries in building capacity among healthcare workers and improve customer experience in hospitals.

Torooti Kinagwi Mwirigi is an entrepreneur with interests in healthcare, real estate, information technology and accounting. He is a co-founder of AskADoc an health information company, Emergency Life Support Group an emergency training company, Rehema Ventures a real estate management company, Alpha-Cap an accounting firm and E-MED Solutions an IT firm.
